Learned counsel for the petitioner insists that this petition be treated as a petition for interim bail.

By this petition the petitioner seeks interim bail on the ground that he has to appear in the examinations which are scheduled to take place from 6th February, 2018. A status report has been handed over by the learned APP for the State which is taken on record. As per the status report the case of the prosecution is that the petitioner instigated Rahul Dabas to kill the complainant who fired the gunshot on him, whereafter both of them ran away from the spot. After the arrest of the petitioner one country made BAIL APPLN. 262/2018

Besides the merits of the matter, that status report also verifies that the petitioner's family consisting of his parents and one brother, who is elder to the petitioner and married, is residing in Uttar Pradesh, where the petitioner has to appear in the examination. Further the factum that the petitioner is required to appear in the 12th class examination has also been verified. 4.

Thus this Court deems it fit to grant bail to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on bail for 25 days from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the Superintendent, Rohini Jail.
