During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention to the reply furnished by the Central Public Information Officer (CPIO) of the respondent, which states: "1. HPCL does not have any standards with respect to RON, but we comply with the BIS specifications for the same." 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner confines himself to seeking that the respondent - HPCL be directed to supply to the petitioner the particular 'BIS specifications', referred to in the above reply to the petitioner's RTI query. 3.

Learned counsel for the HPCL submits that the same shall be provided within a period of four weeks from today. 4.

The above redresses the grievance of the petitioner, as canvassed in the present proceedings.
