W.P.(C) 7953/2019 Issue notice. Learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the learned Financial Commissioner, before whom Appeal No. 273/2015, titled Delhi Telephones Co-operative Group Housing Society Ltd. (REGD.) v. The

Registrar, Co-operative Societies is pending, has not disposed it off, despite the matter being listed and orders being reserved repeatedly after hearing the submissions and after taking on record the written submissions of the parties. In this regard, the petitioner has placed on record the orders passed by the learned Financial Commissioner on 16.02.2017, 07.04.2017, 04.01.2017 and 06.12.2018.

We dispose of this petition with a direction to the learned Financial Commissioner to decide the said appeal of the petitioner within the next four weeks.

The parties are directed to appear before the learned Financial Commissioner on 29.07.2019 when there submissions, if any, would be heard.
