W.P.(C) 7994/2019 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

"In view of the aforesaid, it is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of: (i) MANDAMUS directing, commanding and requiring the Respondents 1 and 2 to forthwith remove the unauthorized steel case leading to First Floor of property bearing No. B-24, (W.H.S), Timber Market, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi.

(ii) MANDAMUS directing, commanding and requiring the Respondent No.1 to decide

representation of the Petitioner dated 22.03.2019. (iii) Pass such other, further order in the facts and circumstances of the case as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and necessary in favour of the petitioner."

The grievance of the petitioner as urged by Mr. Pawanjit S. Bindra, learned counsel for the petitioner is, after the order dated February 5, 2019 passed by this court in W.P.(C) 863/2018, whereby the petitioner and Mr. Rajan Dhall were relegated to the Special Task Force, petitioner having made a representation to the Special Task Force vide a letter dated March 18, 2019, no action has been taken by the STF. He states, he shall be satisfied if a direction is given to Special Task Force keeping in view the directions of the court dated February 5, 2019 in W.P.(C) 863/2018 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated March 18, 2019, which is with respect to unauthorized steel stair-case leading to the first floor of the premises.

Mr. Ajjay Aroraa, Adv. who appears for respondent Nr. DMC states, he has no objection, if such a direction is given. Accordingly, Officer Incharge of Special Task Force shall place the representation of the petitioner dated March 18, 2019 before the STF, which shall consider the same and pass appropriate order within a period of 10 weeks from today. It goes without saying that the STF shall decide the representation in accordance with law after notifying Mr. Rajan Dhall.

The petition stands disposed of.
