The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, praying as follows: "...a. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent thereby directing the respondent's especially respondent no.1/school to allow admission to ward of the petitioner in respective class, under EWS/DG/CWSN category in the academic session 2023-24 in the said school without any further delay.
b. Issue appropriate writ(s), orders or directions in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents no.1/school to file directing a the respondent affidavit thereby detailed containing detailed list of applications, names and addresses, diary numbers provided to the application under EWS/DG/CWSN category in Entry level The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. classes in the last two academic years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, and also direct the respondent no. 2 herein to produce a certified copy of the compliance report submitted by the concerned society/management of the· respondent no.l/school as per direction/guidelines of the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi. c. Issue appropriate orders/directions/guidelines to the respondents in order to ensure strict implementation of the decision of this Hon'ble High Court in W.P(C)No. 4607/2013 in the case titled as" Justice for all Vs. Govt. of Delhi and others" and its compliance· in the present case of the petitioner.
d. Issue any other appropriate order or direction in favour. of the petitioner and against the respondents thereby directing the respondent no.1/school to keep one seat vacant in its school in respective classes under EWS/DG/CWSN category in the session 2023-24 till the pendency of the present writ petition. e. Award reasonable compensation to the petitioner for the pain, agony and suffering suffered at the hands of the respondent alongwith entire costs of the present proceeding in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents..."

There is no appearance on behalf of petitioner. On the last date of hearing also, no one had appeared on behalf of petitioner. 3.
Learned counsel for respondents informs this Court that the petitioner herein has already been granted regular admission under the EWS/DG category in the current Session 2023-2024, and is receiving all the RTE entitlements as per Circular dated 02.02.2023 issued by Government of NCT of Delhi Directorate of Education.

In view of the abovesaid, the present petition along with pending application stands disposed of.
