Present application has been filed seeking disposal of the present writ petition on the ground that the same stands satisfied. 2.
The petitioner who appears in person states that the present petition was filed for redressal of the issue of shortage of staff in Delhi District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum. He states that vide Order dated 14th August, 2023, this Court had directed the respondents to ensure that adequate support staff is appointed in District and State Commissions. He therefore contends that the present petition stands satisfied in view of the order dated 14th August, 2023.

Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner does not wish to press the present writ petition any further as well as the fact that in other writ petitions, the same issues are raised, this Court disposes of the present writ petition as not pressed.
