% 29.11.2019 Learned counsel for petitioners submits that in view of decision of this Court in W.P.(Crl.) 2364/2019 & W.P.(Crl.) 2367/2019, vide which FIR No.360/2019, under Sections 325/34 IPC and FIR No. 229/2019, under Sections 323/341/354/34 IPC, both registered at police station Hari Nagar, Delhi, have been quashed, this bail application has become infructuous.

In view of the above, this application stands disposed of as it has become infructuous.
