On 16th October, 2023, the following order was passed by the Joint Registrar:

"Court notice issued to the respondent is still awaited. However, the petitioner could not be served with the court notice since it is stated to have left the given address. Order dated 19.01.2023 of the ld. Predecessor further shows that even the counsel for the petitioner had not appeared despite having been served.

In view of the fact that petitioner is no longer available at the given address, let the matter be placed before the Hon'ble Court on 08.11.2023, for further directions."

On the subsequent date of 08th November, 2023, there was again no appearance on behalf of either party.

In the absence of any alternative contact details of the Petitioner other than the one where service has been previously attempted, there is no other means to reach out to the Petitioner.
