The present petition under Section 397 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:

"It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to: Admit the Revision Petition filed by the revisionist/accused against the impugned order 22/02/2024 passed by Ld. ASJ (FTC), Ms. Manika, Dwarka Court, Delhi in SC. CASE NO. 295/2018, PS Palam Village, titled as STATE VS. PARMOD KUMAR JOSHI and:

(a) Call for trial court record in SC. CASE NO. 295/2018, PS Palam Village from the Hon'ble Court of Ld. ASJ (FTC), Ms. Manika, Dwarka Court, Delhi;

(b) Set aside/stay the impugned order dated 22/02/2024 in the hereinmentioned case and admit the revisionist/accused to regular bail as enlarged upon vide order dated. 20/05/2021.

(c) Any other and further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of the petitioner."
