The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following prayers:- "i. Directing the respondent no.2 to hold the event of sport of taekwondo in the sporting events the 36th National Games to be held at Gujarat from 27.09.2022-10.10.2022 AND ii. Permitting the petitioners to participate in the 36th National Games to be held at Gujarat from 27.09.2022-10.10.2022, in their respective categories."

Considering that the National Games are now over, the reliefs sought in the present petition have become infructuous.
