By this application, the Defendant No. 2 seeks to bring on record the fact that the parties have amicably settled their disputes inasmuch as the One Time Settlement offered by the Defendants has been accepted by the Plaintiff, and payment in terms thereof has been duly made to the Plaintiff.

The learned counsel for the Plaintiff states that he has instructions to affirm the above fact. He submits that the suit itself stands settled and it may be disposed of in terms of the One Time Settlement that has been arrived at between the parties. 3.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. Consequently, the suit is disposed of as settled. The interim order dated 21.05.2024 stands vacated. Pending applications are also disposed of. 4.
