1. The present appeal under Section 13(1) of Commercial Courts, Commercial Division and Commercial Appellate Division of High Courts Act, 2015, seeks to assail the order dated 02.05.2024 passed by the learned District Judge (Commercial Court-05), South East District, Saket Court, New Delhi in CS(COMM) No. 326/2024.
2. On 21.05.2024, after this Court had heard learned counsel for the parties at some length, it was conveyed to the Court that the parties have arrived at a settlement, the terms whereof were to be produced before the Court today.
3. It is in these circumstances that this Court had granted liberty to the appellant to de-seal the 171 computers and 2 servers which had been sealed by the learned Local Commissioner appointed by the learned The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Trial Court. Learned counsel for the parties hand over a copy of the settlement agreement dated 22.05.2024 in Court, which is taken on record and the appeal is, alongwith all pending applications, disposed of in terms thereof. The original signed agreement be filed in the Registry within three days.
4. Needless to state, the parties will remain bound by the terms of the aforesaid settlement agreement.
