The present application has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the order dated 21.05.2024 vide which this Court has dismissed the present appeal as withdrawn. The primary ground raised in the application is that the appellant's erstwhile counsel withdrew the appeal without seeking any instructions from him. However, after some arguments, learned counsel for appellant concedes that the appellant was present in Court when his erstwhile counsel withdrew the appeal. 2.
