The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed seeking following prayers:- "(a) Allow the writ petition under Article 226/227 of the constitution of India quash the order of detention and order the release the petitioner from detention;

(b) Issue a Writ/Order /direction for quashing the detention order No. F.No. U-11011/7/2022- PIT NDPS dated 27.5.2022 made by respondent no.3 U/s 3(1) PIT NDPS Act against the petitioner. Respondent No.4 may be directed to release the petitioner forthwith.

It is already observed in order dated 31.05.2023 that the petitioner/detenu i.e. Sunny alias Prem has since completed one year in preventive detention on 30.05.2023.
