Mr. Mishra, Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has invited attention of this Court to the order dated 21.05.2024 wherein it is recorded that challenge in the present petition is only on the aspect of interest to which a communication was received from the respondent on 06.05.2024, which is reproduced hereinunder :- "It is most humbly submitted that my client M/s Narendra Raman Construction (JV), Bareilly is hereby submitting "No claim Certificate" after payment of all the claims except claim of interest and loss of profit and my client will not claim loss of profit and interest at any forum or court of law in future. Only Bank Guarantee no.910000000020 dated 10.01.2017 for Rs.95,25,400/- is not released by the bank for which reply of Banks letter dated 12.03.2024 addressed to AFA/Const/B&B, FA&CAO/Const, construction, FIQ, Accounts office.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire Award amount stands paid and in view of the aforesaid communication, the objections are not pressed.

Mr. Kher, Ld. Counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the respondent stands by its aforesaid communication dated 06.05.2024. 4.
In view of the above, present petition is disposed of alongwith pending applications.
