% 07.02.2018 Respondent no.2 has remained unserved. However, respondent no.2 has appeared in person and accepts notice. Respondent no.2 has been identified by SI Parvesh Kumar of police station Krishna Nagar. She says that petitioner was her landlord. A quarrel took place between her and the petitioner on some trivial issue which led to registration of the present FIR. She has now settled the matter with the petitioner on 3rd November, 2016 before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She further submits that she has already vacated the tenanted premises in terms of the settlement. She has no objection in case the FIR is quashed. Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the

petitioner and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 237/2011 under Section 354 IPC registered at police station Krishan Nagar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
