O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 419/2024 By way of the present petition filed under section 29A(3) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996 ('A&C Act'), the petitioner seeks extension of the mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator appointed vide order dated 30.05.2022 made in ARB. P.No. 504/2022, who is seized of the disputes between the parties. 2.
Issue notice.

Ms. Prachi Vashisht, learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent on advance copy; accepts notice; and does not oppose the prayer made.

Learned counsel for the parties inform the court that the last mandate of the learned arbitrator expired on 16.04.2024; and the matter has been reserved for passing of award on 21.03.2024. Upon a conspectus of the averments contained in the petition and the submissions made, the petition is allowed; and the mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator is extended, as prayed-for, by 03-months with effect from 17.04.2024.

It is further observed that any proceedings conducted after expiration of the previous mandate shall also stand validated and regularised. 7.
The petition stands disposed-of in the above terms. 8.
