The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks following prayers:- "a. Summon the Respondent/Contemnor for personal appearance before this Hon'ble Court;
b. Issue appropriate directions against the Respondent/Contemnor to show cause as to why proceedings for Contempt of Court be not initiated against him for willful and contumacious disobedience of the Final Order dated December 13, 2017, and thereafter to convict for the Contempt of Court;
c. Direct the Respondent/Contemnor to forthwith pay damages and compensation to the extent of Rs. 20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakh) to the Petitioner;
d. Allow the Petitioner to take back possession of her land in accordance with Order date December 13, 2017; and e. any other and further reliefs as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case be granted." 3.

proceedings against the respondent for wilful disobedience of final order dated 13.12.2017 passed by the learned Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 11431/2016.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that Hon'ble Supreme Court vide Judgment titled as "State (NCT of Delhi) v. BSK Realtors LLP, (2024) 7 SCC 370" has remanded back W.P.(C) 11431/2016 for fresh consideration and the same is now listed before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court on 10.02.2026. Copy of the order dated 24.02.2025 in W.P.(C) 11431/2016 pursuant to the said remand is handed up in Court today and is taken on record.

In view of the above, the present petition has become infructuous and disposed of accordingly.
