By filing the present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C., the petitioner is seeking interim bail in case FIR No. 197/2015 under Sections 302/307/120-B/34 IPC registered at PS Welcome for a period of one month on the ground of marriage of her daughter which is to be solemnised on 28th February, 2016. Alongwith the application, marriage card has also been annexed.

Status report has been filed by the State and the factum of the marriage of the daughter of the petitioner has been verified. 3.

Considering the reasons for which interim bail has been prayed, the petitioner is directed to be released on interim bail for three weeks from the date of release on her furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Court/Link Court and subject to following BAIL APPLN. 297/2016

conditions :

(i) During the period of interim bail, the Petitioner shall not cross the border/limits of NCT of Delhi.

(ii) The petitioner shall not try to contact the injured/witnesses in any manner.
