% 05.09.2019 This appeal is against the judgment dated 04.04.2019 passed by ADJ-1 (North), Rohini Courts, Delhi. On 24.07.2019 the learned counsel for the appellant submitted on instruction that they are not inclined to challenge the decree of possession on merits but seek six month's time to vacate the premises.

Respondent is present in Court today and says the possession of the premises has already been handed over to him, hence, nothing survives in this appeal.

At this stage, learned counsel for the appellant says she has instructions to withdraw the appeal.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications also stand disposed of. No order as to costs. YOGESH KHANNA, J.
