The Appellant and the Respondent are present in person. 2.

It is submitted that both the parties have stated that they have amicably settled all the disputes.

The Respondent has handed over four cheques for the sum of Rs.19,00,000/-towards full and final Settlement, the details of which are as under:

Cheque bearing No. 178201 dated 07.06.2026 for a sum of Rs.4,00,000/-; Cheque bearing No.178204 dated 07.08.2026 for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-; Cheque bearing No. 178203 dated 10.08.2026 for a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- and Cheque bearing No. 178205 dated 12.05.2026 for a sum of Rs.6,00,000/-, all drawn from Punjab National Bank, Subhash Nagar, New Delhi-110018, in favour of Kanta Udaniya, the Appellant.

The Respondent undertakes that these cheques on presentation, shall be encashed.
