The present petition under Section 2(b) read with Sections 11/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, has been filed seeking the following prayers: - "a. Issue notice of show cause of contempt of the order against the Respondents contemnors willful disobedience the order dated 19.11.2018 passed by this Hon'ble Court in WP(Crl.) No. 3529/2018 dated 19.11.2018 and order dated 20.02.2025 in Cont. Cas. (C) No. 264 of 2025 titled as 'Smt. Santo Vs. SHO & Ors'. b. Pass an order punishing the respondents for the contempt of Court; c. Direct the Respondents to provide security and protection to the Petitioner from the hands of the respondent nos. 3 and 4. d. Pass any other and further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." Vide order dated 19.05.2025 passed by the learned Predecessor Bench of this Court, following directions were passed: - "3.
It is stated by counsel for petitioner that despite this, no FIR has been registered so far.

Issue notice to Mr. Farman Ali, Advocate who had appeared on behalf of respondent police and had made the submission in this regard.

Accordingly, list on 08th October 2025.

The status of the compliance shall be filed within the next four weeks with copies to counsel for petitioner. " 4.
In pursuance of the order dated 19.05.2025, status report has been filed, however, the same is not on record. The copy of the same is handed up in Court today. As per the aforesaid status report, the complaint dated 04.02.2025 filed by the petitioner has since been closed in view of the statement given by her on 04.03.2025 that her son had given an undertaking that he would vacate the premises and therefore, no action was taken on the said complaint.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law, before the court of competent jurisdiction/authority. 6.
Leave and liberty granted.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
