At the outset, Mr. P.D. Gupta, learned Senior Advocate for respondent Nos. 5 and 6, clarifies the statement made in paragraph 2 of the order dated 26.09.2024, to the effect that sanction has been granted for installation of the lift, but the lift has not yet been installed in view of the interim order granted by the Court.

Further to the order dated 26.09.2024, Mr. Jai Sahai Endlaw, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner will W.P.(C) 7291/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. challenge the permission granted by Municipal Corporation of Delhi ["MCD"] for installation of the lift in the subject premises, before the Appellate Tribunal for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ["ATMCD']. 3.

By order dated 21.05.2025 in this writ petition, the permission granted for installation of the lift was kept in abeyance. Subject to the petitioner filing an appeal before the ATMCD within a period of three weeks from today, the aforesaid interim order shall continue, subject to further orders to be passed by ATMCD.

The writ petition, alongwith the pending applications, stands disposed of.
