The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking that the respondent/NDMC be directed to grant necessary Road Cutting Permission for release of new domestic filter water connection at premises of the petitioner at Ground Floor (Front Portion), 2 Central Lane, Bengali Market, New Delhi-110001.

Learned counsel for the MCD, who appears on advance notice submits that the requisite permission has been granted and a communication to this effect has been issued by Sh. Girijesh Kumar Mishra, AE, Road Cutting, NDMC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is at liberty to obtain a copy of the said communication from the concerned Assistant Engineer, NDMC. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. The same is accordingly disposed of.
