A Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed for quashing of FIR No.0485 dated 12.08.2020 under Sections 452/323/506/34 IPC registered at Police Station New Usman Pur. 2.

Learned counsel on behalf of the Respondent states that the Chargesheet was filed in September, 2021 and the Charges have already been framed and the case is pending at the stage of Prosecution Evidence. 3.

In view of the aforesaid and that even Charges have been framed, nothing more survives in the present Petition. The present Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to raise the contentions before the learned Trial Court at the appropriate stage. 4.

The Petition stands disposed of accordingly along with the pending Application(s).
