The revisionist has assailed order dated 03.03.2025, whereby the learned trial court framed charge for offence under Section 75(1)(i) BNS and Section 12 POCSO Act in case FIR No. 428/2024 of PS Jamia Nagar. It is informed by the learned counsel for revisionist that two prosecution witnesses have already been examined in trial. 2.

After addressing partly and traversing through the statement under Section 164CrPC, learned counsel for revisionist seeks permission to withdraw this revision petition.

The revision petition and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
