The petitioner claims to be a tenant in the property situated at Katra Peran, Ramu Mal Lane, Tilak Bazar, Khari Baoli, Delhi-110006. According to the petitioner, the property falls in a notified 'commercial zone'. Further, he states that, in respect of the said property, sale deeds have been executed in favour of third-parties. However, according to him, the requisite stamp duty has not been paid in respect of the aforesaid sale deeds. 2.

The petitioner claims to have filed a complaint on 14.06.2023 before the respondent, regarding the stamp duty evasion. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the said complaint has not been acted on by the respondentauthority. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner to make a fresh complaint to the concerned District Magistrate.
