% 19.05.2025 [Physical Hearing/Hybrid Hearing (as per request)] 1.

The revisionist has assailed order dated 04.01.2025 passed by the Family Courts in execution proceedings.

2.

As addressed by learned counsel for revisionist, vide order dated 04.01.2025, the learned Family Courts consigned the revisionist (judgment debtor) to custody as he failed to pay arrears of maintenance. The custody warrant was returnable on 04.02.2025. Now, the revisionist has already undergone that custody period, so nothing remains. 3.

Learned counsel for revisionist seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to the revisionist to move an application before the execution court to complete the process of attachment and sale of the immovable property of the revisionist. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
