The present Petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 [hereinafter referred to as "CPC"] against the order dated 22.02.2025 passed by learned Civil Judge01, South East District, Saket Court, Delhi [hereinafter referred to as "Impugned Order"]. By the Impugned Order, the leave to defend/contest Application filed by the Petitioner (Respondent before the learned Trial Court) has been dismissed by the learned Trial Court. 2.

After some arguments, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to unconditionally withdraw the present Petition. 3.

The Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. All pending Applications also stand closed.
