1. The present petition has already been disposed of by the Hon'ble Court vide order dated 20/02/2025.

2. Vide order dated 08.05.0225, Registry was directed to prepare the decree sheet.

3. Registry has given a report and as per the report, plaintiff is required to file fresh amended memo of parties since the present suit was converted from TEST.CAS. and in the amended memo of parties, the plaintiff has mentioned 'State' as defendant no.1, which is to be deleted. It is also mentioned in the report that plaintiff is also required to furnish jurisdiction value of the suit.

4. In view of the above, issue court notice to the plaintiff through all permissible modes and to learned counsel for the plaintiff through Whatsapp & E-mail, returnable on 17th September, 2025.
