The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC") for permission to withdraw the present petition in view of the Settlement arrived between the parties.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent has entered into an out-of-court Settlement Agreement with the petitioner, whereby they have settled all their disputes by way of Settlement Agreement dated 11th April, 2024.
