Mr. Satya Ranjan Swain, Counsel appears for the respondent and states that the issue in the contempt petition, was the implementation by the respondents, of their order dated 21st February 2022, regarding provision of trolley bags to Loco Pilots and Guards.

A statement had been made on 29th July 2022 in W.P.(C) 11224/2022 (the order of which compliance which is sought). 4.

However, at that stage, the issue was pending before the Central Administrative Tribunal ('CAT') regarding interim relief being pressed by the petitioner against the implementation of the order dated 21st February 2022.

Subsequently, on 08th February 2024, CAT dismissed the petition being The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 24/07/2025 at 11:55:22

O.A. No.1077/2022 and the challenge to order dated 21st February 2022 has, therefore, collapsed.
