This application has been filed on behalf of the plaintiff under Order VI Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking amendment of the plaint.

Counsel for the defendants does not oppose this application. 3.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and the amended plaint filed on behalf of the plaintiff is taken on record. CS(COMM) 371/2019 4.

Counsel for the plaintiff submits that the plaintiff would be satisfied if a decree of permanent injunction is passed in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendants in terms of prayer clause contained in paragraphs CS(COMM) 371/2019 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 4.1 Counsel for the defendants has no objection to the same. 5.

Accordingly, a decree of permanent injunction is passed in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendants in terms of prayer clause contained in paragraphs no.25(i) and 25(ii) of the amended plaint. 6.

Counsel for the plaintiff does not press for the remaining reliefs claimed in the plaint.
