If the petitioner approaches the aforementioned authority within 15 days from today, let the complaint of the petitioner be disposed of, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the instant petition alongwith the pending application is disposed of.

All rights and contentions are left open.

The interim order passed earlier by this Court, shall remain in force till the petitioner's application is filed and decided by the aforesaid authority.
