This petition has been filed challenging the Order dated 01.05.2025 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (PB), New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as 'learned Tribunal') in O.A. No. 1323/2025 titled Anurag Pathak v. Staff Selection Commission (SSC) (hereinafter referred to 'O.A.'), whereby the learned Tribunal has granted the following interim order in favour of the petitioner: "8. In view of the submissions made and considering that the final result has already been declared, it is directed that one post of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) shall be kept vacant, subject to the outcome of the present Original Application (OA). Interim relief is granted accordingly."

We are indeed surprised that after having obtained the interim order in the above terms from the learned Tribunal, it is still the petitioner who has challenged the same by way of the present petition. 4.

The interest of the petitioner has been adequately protected by the learned Tribunal by directing that one post of Junior Statistical officer (JSO) shall be kept vacant subject to the outcome of the O.A. which has been filed by the petitioner.

The present petition is, therefore, completely misconceived and is dismissed with cost quantified at Rs. 5,000/- to be deposited by the petitioner in the DHCBA Cost A/c No. 15530110179338, maintained with the UCO Bank, Delhi High Court, within a period of two weeks from today.
