The case has been listed on office. It is pointed out by the Registry that in paragraph 7 of the order dated 10.02.2026, the time for appearing the parties before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (SAMADHAN) was inadvertently mentioned as 23:30 PM, instead of 02:30 PM.

The aforesaid typographical error is corrected and paragraph 7 of the order dated 10.02.2026 shall now read as under: "7. Accordingly, both the parties are directed to appear before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (SAMADHAN), on 16.02.2026 at 02.30 PM and try to amicably settle the matter." 3.
