Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with the liberty to move a fresh anticipatory bail application before the Sessions Court. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. Pending applications are also dismissed as withdrawn.
