The learned counsels for the parties submit that in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties, and as recorded by the Division Bench of this Court in its order dated 08.08.2023 passed in MAT.APP(FC) 30/2023, titled as Babli v. Gaurav Payal, the respondent hands over a cheque dated 15.01.2024 for an amount of Rs.1 lakh to the petitioners.

The learned counsel for the petitioners prays for leave to withdraw the present petition.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
