This Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner primarily seeking a direction to the SDM, Saraswati Vihar, to comply with the Order dated 05.09.2023, passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 11785/2023, directing the SDM, Saraswati Vihar to treat W.P.(C) 11785/2023 as a representation and take action in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from 05.09.2023.

It is stated by the learned Counsel for the GNCTD that the Order will be complied with within six weeks from today. 3.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of along with the pending applications, if any.

It is made clear that if the Order dated 05.09.2023, passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 11785/2023 is not complied with within six weeks from today, it will be treated as a violation of the Order of this Court and action will be taken against the Respondents in accordance with law.
