% 14.08.2019 Interim bail for six weeks is sought by petitioner in FIR No. 1339/2016, under Sections 302/460/396/412/120-B of IPC & under Sections 25/27/54/59 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Mehrauli, Delhi to enable petitioner to arrange the finances for the operation of his wife.
The medical documents filed alongwith this bail application have been verified by the respondent-State and status report have been handed over in Court today. It is taken on record.
The apprehension expressed is of petitioner not returning back to the Jail after availing of interim bail on medical grounds. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that this can be take care of, by directing the petitioner to report daily to the local Police Station. Upon hearing and on perusal of the status report, it is directed that petitioner be released on interim bail for a period of six weeks to enable BAIL APPLN. 1813/2019 Page 1
him to arrange finances for operation of his wife, subject to petitioner furnishing bail bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court and upon petitioner undertaking to report to the Police Station Meena Pur, District Mujaffarpur, Bihar on every alternate day. Let petitioner also undertake to return back in time after availing interim bail. Petitioner be apprised of this order through concerned Jail Superintendent.
The bail application is accordingly disposed of, without commenting on the merits of this case.
