By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks directions to the respondent to make payment/release the pension of the petitioner. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue stands squarely covered by a decision of a Division Bench of this Court in Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board v. Dulari Devi & Anr in LPA 372/2023 as well as the decision passed by this Court in Kishan Lal v. Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board in W.P.(C) 758/2024.

Learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice and she fairly concedes to the aforesaid settled position.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, the present petition is allowed and the respondent is directed to release the benefits to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.
