After hearing learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the Court finds that the applicant is essentially aggrieved by the noncompliance of the order dated 27.05.2024. 2.

As per the directions contained in paragraph No.2 of the order dated 27.05.2024, the respondents were to pass a speaking order after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
