The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though an application CRL.M.A. 16104/2025 has been moved for issuance of notice to the respondent on the writ petition seeking appropriate directions for the respondent in order to facilitate expeditious disposal of the writ petition, however, upon instructions, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the main petition being W.P.(CRL) 1626/2025 which is listed for 07.07.2025 without prejudice to his rights and contentions. 2.
In view of the above, the present writ petition along with pending application stand dismissed as withdrawn. 3.
