It was noted in the previous order dated 21st May 2024 that the directions sought to register the FIR have not been pressed and was only confining the prayer to the protection to be provided from the respondents. 2.

Counsels for respondent Nos. 5 and 7, 8, 10, 12, 13, 14, 16, and 17 appear and state that they are suppliers of the petitioner's warehouse medicines and the petitioner has huge liabilities towards the various respondents forming part of the business transactions. 3.
