The petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.551/2024 of PS Bhajanpura for offences under Section 420/468/34 IPC on the ground that they have compromised the disputes.

The issue involved in the present case is not a mere personal wrong between the parties. On the basis of alleged forged documents, BSES also was cheated and with that authority there is no settlement. Further, learned ASC has shown me copy of order dated 28.10.2024 of learned Court of Sessions whereby anticipatory bail of petitioner no. 1 was dismissed.
