The present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "i) Call for the records of the FIR bearing no. 0039/2024, under section 420/468/471/34 IPC 1860, Police Station Kalkaji, New Delhi and quash the said FIR.

ii) Pass any other order/direction that this Hon 'ble Court may deem fit and appropriate in the present facts and circumstances of this case." 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
