% 02.09.2019 Vide the present petition, petitioner seeks directions thereby to release the petitioner on interim bail for a period of 15 days in FIR No. 148/2017 registered at P.S.

Crime Branch for the offences under Sections 365/397/412/420 /467/468 / 471/201 /120-B/506/34 IPC. The present petition is filed on the ground that the petitioner is a law graduate and has to appear in All India Bar Examination to be held on 15.09.2019.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for State. Keeping in view the reasons stated in the present petition, I hereby direct the Jail Superintendent to allow the petitioner to appear in the examination to be held on 15.09.2019 under custody and after examination, he will be taken back to the Jail.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
