By way of present petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner who is the complainant seeks appropriate direction/expeditious trial in FIR No.291/2019 registered under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC at PS Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. 2.

Learned ASC (Crl.) accepts notice and states that the charge-sheet in the present case came to be filed on 24.11.2021. 4.

During the course of proceedings, learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to the order dated 20.05.2024 passed by the learned MM, a perusal of which would show that the matter is now coming up for framing of charge on 12.09.2024.
