The petitioner has filed this application for permission to withdraw the petition, on account of the fact that the parties have settled their disputes under the Vivad Se Vishwas-II (Contractual Disputes) Scheme. 2.

Mr. Ravikesh K. Sinha, learned counsel for the respondent, confirms this position.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and O.M.P. (COMM) 281/2019, alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn.

The next date of hearing, i.e. 14.05.2024, stands cancelled. 5.

Mr. Sinha also states that he will file an application for withdrawal of the enforcement proceedings in respect of the impugned award. He may do so at the earliest.
