WP(C) 941/2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to page 87 of the writ petition, which is a communication dated 14th December, 2016 of the respondent, wherein the respondent has stated as under: "The school has already given enough time and opportunity to comply the deficiencies, but school did not comply them satisfactorily in one go. Therefore, the school is hereby given one last opportunity to comply all the deficiencies conveyed to them in one go, failing which the application of the school will be rejected without further notice."
Learned counsel for the petitioner states, pursuant thereto the
petitioner has submitted its letter dated 27th December, 2016 on 28th December, 2016. Unfortunately, no decision has been conveyed by the respondent to the petitioner. Mr.Ashok Kumar, Advocate who appears for the respondent on an advance notice states that he has spoken to the officers, who has stated, the decision shall be taken. Mr. Kumar states he would ensure, the decision is taken and communicated to the petitioner within six weeks as an outer limit. The said statement is taken on record. In view of the statement made by Mr.Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition. Liberty is with the petitioner, if still aggrieved with the order to be communicated, to seek such remedy as available in law.
